As you look around our website you will see our prices stated on our individual hire pages and this includes the following:
- Delivery of your bouncy castle*
- Full set-up
- Collection and pack-down
- £5m public liability insurance
*Delivery charges do apply for some postal codes. These are displayed on our website when checking availability.
Delivery & Collection
Delivery and collection slots are allocated on a first come, first serve basis – if the slot/s you have requested are unavailable we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery / collection slot. Slots are available in 30 minutes intervals, for example 9am / 9.30am / 10am. Whilst we try our best to keep to these times occasionally these may fluctuation by 15 minutes either side. We always suggest that you allow 30 minutes for us to arrive and setup the inflatable. So for example if your guests are arriving at 2pm for the party, please book us to arrive at least 30 minutes before this time.
Deposits
For domestic bookings with a value of less than £250
We don’t ask for a deposit upfront. All we ask for is that you pay us on the day. However if your booking is especially large or you have adults using the equipment we do sometimes need to charge a returnable deposit against any damage or losses. This is returned to you in full if all is well at the end of the hire. We will let you know if this applies to you.
For corporate customers or bookings with a value in excess of £250
We do ask for a deposit upfront in order to secure your booking. The deposit amount is 25% of your booking value and is due within 48 hours of placing your booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days in advance of the booking hire date.
For corporate customers or bookings with a value in excess of £500
We do ask for a deposit upfront in order to secure your booking. The deposit amount is 50% of your booking value and is due within 48 hours of placing your booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days in advance of the booking hire date.
For DJ Bookings
We do ask for a deposit upfront in order to secure your booking. The deposit amount is 50% of your booking value and is due within 48 hours of placing your booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days in advance of the booking hire date.
For Photo Booth Bookings
We do ask for a deposit upfront in order to secure your booking. The deposit amount is £100 from your booking value and is due within 48 hours of placing your booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days in advance of the booking hire date.
For Rodeo Bookings
We do ask for a deposit upfront in order to secure your booking. The deposit amount is £100 from your booking value and is due within 48 hours of placing your booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days in advance of the booking hire date.
Discounting Policy
Every year we provide hire equipment to thousands of customers from domestic clientele through to charities and large corporations. To keep things simple and transparent we operate using the following discounting policy for all customers:

NB: only one type of discount can be used per booking. For example, a 'Loyalty Discount' cannot be used in conjunction with a 'Charity Discount' as part of the same booking or multiple bookings happening on the same day, at the same location.
**Multi-Hire discounts (Medium & Large) only apply if the booking has 3 or more inflatable assets within the same booking.

Cancellations and refunds
ANY BOOKINGS CANCELLED DUE TO CORONAVIRUS CAN BE ISSUED WITH A CREDIT VOUCHER OR MOVED TO A DIFFERENT DATE. PLEASE CONTACT US FOR MORE INFORMATION.
For domestic bookings with a value of less than £250
We know that life has a way of changing - even at the last minute - and so we offer a flexible cancellation policy.
If the weather is bad on the day of your event and you are able to offer 2 hours notice there will be no charge for cancellation and we will refund your transaction in full. We certainly don’t want to penalise you for the British weather.
If your booking has been confirmed and you wish to cancel there will be a £20 cancellation charge to cover any admin costs. Alternatively you can move your booking to another date free of charge. You will be sent an invoice by email. If you have already paid we will refund minus this charge of your transaction directly into your bank account.
If cancelling your booking for any other reason, and within 14 days of the hire date, there will be a 25% cancellation charge. You will be sent an invoice by email. If you have already paid we will refund 75% of your transaction directly into your bank account.
If cancelling your booking for any other reason, and within 7 days of the hire date, there will be a 50% cancellation charge. You will be sent an invoice by email. If you have already paid we will refund 50% of your transaction directly into your bank account.
