They delivered the bouncy castle promptly and I was met by very friendly team members who inflated the castle in no time at all. When they arrived to collect the bouncy castle they were again very friendly and got on with deflating without any disturbance to the guests or the party. The bouncy castle was a huge hit. It’s the first time I’ve hired one with a slide and of course the children loved it. The Whack-a-Mole was also a lot of fun (first time for that one too). Drop off and pick up was done exactly to time and the communication as always was first class. I’ll be back.

JV bouncy castle delivered exactly what we expected and with a happy employee. They were on time (actually they were early to be honest!) and the guy put up the castle straight away and laid out our soft play. He advised us where they would normally put it for that hall but also asked where I would like it in case I wanted it somewhere different. The guy delivering gave us all the information we required and explained everything clearly, he kept himself to himself and didn’t mind us rushing around him trying to get thing ready. He also advised the halls caretaker when he would be back too. All in all, a very pleasant experience. This was the second time we have use JV bouncy castle and it will not be the last.

I was recommended JV Bouncy Castles by a friend and we ordered the Disco Party Castle and the Farmyard Super Slide. They arrived promptly and both inflatables were a huge success. I have to say the service, delivery and total package that JV Bouncy Castles give is excellent. From the very start everything was really simple. We ordered a bouncy castle, giant jenga and giant connect four and they were delivered and picked up at the right time with minimum fuss, despite the delivery area being a bit of a nightmare. I was delighted by the service provided by John and JV Bouncy castles. The whole process was just so straightforward, Nathan arrived bang on time and got on and set up whilst I was running around like a mad thing trying to sort out the other stuff! Likewise, he seemed to pack the castle up in record time at the end. The bouncy castle being there was the highlight for the kids, it certainly would not have been the same without it. He helped us set up some tables as he had arrived early, and it was such a huge help. We were especially impressed at how friendly, and interactive he was, which was great on a day like yesterday.

I would add that communication is excellent and I had prompt replies each time I emailed with queries. I thought the price was reasonable, especially with the discount through Viables. The bouncy castle itself was excellent – in very good condition, and clean. Nathan was outstanding; he was quick, helpful, really lovely personable nature and even helped us set up the tables for the party because he’d arrived a bit early. Great service. Last One Standing was a great success for an after football party for 12 year old boys, they loved it. You do require a PA system to manage the boys on and off the game as they get very excited. We switched off early as they were totally shattered!

We hired the Jungle Obstacle Course for my sons 5th Birthday it was amazing! The kids couldn't wait to get on and it was a struggle to get them off at the end. From the moment I rang to book to the point they came to collect the bouncy castle the service I received from JV Bouncy Castles was fantastic. They constantly kept me updated I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Just to let you know that once again your boys were very professional and quick to put up the bouncy castle and nothing was too much trouble. The stocks were a great addition and the children really enjoyed soaking my son-in-law! It was raining when they came to collect the equipment but despite that it was all down and in the van within 10 minutes. Marvellous!

I have been extremely impressed with JV throughout the entire process from the first enquiry, through the booking and on the day itself. Our requirements were quite specific and from a pre booking site visit they were able to identify specifically what we needed and how best to utilise the site. Hire took place over the bank holiday weekend, team were very efficient and friendly. Kids had a brilliant time on the celebration castle which was more than sufficient for our needs. Would hire from JV Bouncy Castle again.

Thanks so much for the bouncy castle for my daughters 5th birthday,she loved the princess castle and your staff were very efficient and friendly, and worked quickly to assemble it,also on pick up I loved the fact they stopped all the kids from crying by saying they could help deflate it by jumping until it was flat which was a massive hit!I found that the confirmation texts and emails through the booking process were very helpful and informative, the price was good for the time we were allowed to hire it so good for anyone on a budget! I booked the Bouncy Castle at short notice. The service was excellent and the set up and taking down was done efficiently by two very pleasant young men. The grandchildren had a great time,thank you.

We all had a brilliant time on the 20th. The rain didn't spoil our fun in the slightest. Booking was easy and straightforward and communication up to the day was great. The people that set up did so quickly, explained everything well and said what time they would be back. Second time we have used JV now and will do so again in the future :)

We hired the 14 x 48ft Jungle Obstacle Course for our daughter’s 21^st birthday celebrations over two days in August. Your obstacle course was a huge success with everyone, and we were extremely pleased we’d hired it! The guys who did the delivery, installation and collection were brilliant – they were really helpful, and very polite and friendly, and totally efficient: no problems or fuss at all. They were great – and so too was everyone else at JV Bouncy Castles when we made the booking and afterwards. We’d highly recommend JV Bouncy Castles for your wonderful customer service, and we’d definitely contact you again when the need arises!

The teams that delivered and set up the bouncy castles at our three nurseries, Butter Daisy, Crown Daisy and Sunshine Daisy were extremely polite and helpful, they answered all of our queries in a helpful and friendly manner. The castles were clean and ready to use and put up quickly, safely and without any fuss.

The bouncy castle was a big hit with the children! It was lovely hearing the giggles and squeals of excitement coming from the garden as they had fun bouncing up and down, running from side to side and trying not to fall over.

On collection, the teams waited and ensured the area was secure before dismantling and this was done efficiently at each nursery. In fact, the only problem was the children were sad to see the castle deflate at the end of the day.

The day was good thank you and the children certainly enjoyed the castle and garden games. Despite the late arrival (which we did get notification about so all good; excellent communication and customer service) it was all set up and ready to go before the first people walked through he door. Your setup chap was quick, professional and efficient and exactly the same when they came to pick up. Have used your services a couple of times now and every time it is very good, we’d have no hesitation in recommending you to others.

Thank you for arranging the bouncy castle and garden games for our summer event, everyone had a good time and enjoyed playing with the garden games and the children loved the bouncy castle. We had a great service throughout, from ranging the equipment we’d liked to hired from the delivery of the bouncy castle and garden games along with setting these up, the only comment I had back was someone thought the lego and jenga games may have been a bit bigger as they are garden games but everyone still enjoyed playing with them.
