When making a booking with us there is a minimum order value of £80 which needs to be met, if your chosen hire item is less then this you are welcome to add an additional garden game. Alternatively you are welcome to pay the extra using the box on the booking form, this is found in additional questions.

By making a booking you are agreeing to our cancellation and refund policy, you also agree to make any deposit payments required within 48 hours of making your booking. Failure to follow these policies will result in cancellation of your booking and a £20 admin charge.

Little ones also need to have their very own bouncy castle and this “let's party” castle at just 9 x 11 ft is ideal for toddlers and very small kids. The safe bounce area is enclosed to stop them climbing in and out without adult help, making it easy for parents to know where they are at all times. Is your castle going inside? Please make sure you have checked the height of your venue. We can't leave the castle if it's touching the roof as this will cause damage.
